- Investigate measures for protection of on-reserve archaeological sites.
- Promote the understanding and use of Mi'kmaw place names throughout Nova Scotia.
- Follow up on recommendations from report on options to secure Mi'kmaw language in Nova Scotia.
- Establish strategy for the protection and presentation of the Bedford Barrens.
- To develop a plan to transport the Mi'kmaw regalia from Australia to Nova Scotia.
- To enhance the Mi'kmaw presence on highway signage, the Nova Scotia Doer's and Dreamers Guide and Nova Scotia maps
